Marisa Ingrosso è redattrice de «La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno». Nel 2010 ha vinto il premio «Alfiere del Sud» per le sue ricerche storiche. Nel 2013 ha vinto il primo «Premio Nazionale per la Divulgazione scientifica» bandito dell’Associazione Italiana del Libro (Ail) con il patrocinio del Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (Cnr).
