

Innocente Galluzzi, è nato a Polignano a mare (BA) nel 1963, dove vive ed è titolare della cattedra di gastronomia presso l’I.P. “Domenico Modugno”. Sposato con Anna, due figli: Cosimo e Piergiuseppe. Consegue due lauree, una in Turismo, l’altra in Scienze Economiche. “Uno chef all’Opera” è la sua prima pubblicazione, frutto di una originale concordanza tra due delle passioni della sua vita: la gastronomia e l’Opera lirica.
